So is there anything more to this game other than looking good. Above that all I’ve seen from the game is a stereotypical FPS.

Destructable environment, great arsenal of weapons, best graphics EVER developed in a game, amazing sound, huge map sizes...

But anything more than that. I mean all games have that in their own proportions. To me it’s always seemed like an overhyped stereotypical FPS.

Funny thing is anything not Nintendo is automatically 'overhyped' and 'stereotypical' according to you.

Far Cry is considered one of the xbox’s best shooters and it definitely is not the normal shooter with the whole predator thing going on. It’s a much different game from normal shooters and can take time getting used to because of the big difference in gameplay. Plus, Far Cry is very different from other shooters in that there are numerous ways of meeting one goal. The gameplay is very open ended. Crysis is to be the same way.

This game is bound to be the same way.

I am looking forward to this game,, with me being a FPS fan.
