As far as I have seen the only weapons they have shown in the trailers so far are these

The Dual enforcers- pistols
The Shock Rifle- A semi-auto rifle
The Rocket Launcher
The minigun
The Link gun- Assult rifle/repairing tool
The Flak Cannon

As for the vechciles I have only seen these

Rapter
Cicada
Manta
hoverboard
Necris viper
Necris Darkwalker
wikipeida says there is going to be another tank but it is a hovertank with snakelike treads that the necris use.

Like the other UT games, I’m expecting multiplayer or deathmatch (vs. AI) only. So there’s no story mode in UT2007?

Of course not. There never is. Its an Arena game.

If I’m going to play this to its max, I’ll have to upgrade my PC with a GeForce 8 card. DX10 will rule. But, that would cost about as much as a 360, so I may just go with that, if anything.

I know my comp can run it. I just want to make sure it can run it with the setting maxed out.

These screens are not from the 360 nor PS3 version. They are PC version screens. Just as the Gears of War demo featured at E3 was on PC, so is UT3.
