What is Gears story line?

I dont understand?

a bunch of bad guys come up from the ground (they have been underground for hundreds of years waiting for their chance to attack) and they attack from underground and u must kill them all and blow up the underground and thats the end of the game, i havnt even played it much but i know the ending :P

Somebody getting out of prison while a wars between man and bugs is going on. Its a pritty bad storyline :/

It’s basicly another Halo. The storyline is shit. Not many games have good story lines, usually because they’re games and not movies or books.

MGS is a game that has a good storyline

I know but games aren’t really meant to have good stories. Not many actually pull it off well.

they are actual stories, i was deeply touched by kh2 when roxas had to give up life for a guy he didnt know, and to find out the world he was living in was all made up and he was just 1 bit of something, and that he had no heart, and the game actually had some humour like at the start with the photos and all, im not gona ruin the joke for u, u shuld buy it

Compare that to The Hidden Fortress and it fails.

Lets just keep it at top quality story lines. Games may have good stories but only for video games.

I think Zelda, The old Lord Of The Rings Games, and Kingdom Hearts all have good stort lines!!!

i dont no about zelda but i know khs has a dam good story its why it was the top selling game over all consoles for 2-3 months! not only that it was fun!

I like Zeldas story line because it is soooo complex like when you think there is just one bad guy causing all of this, there is actually a bigger one controlling him and he totally changes the story around!!!
