Think about it, where would Xbox be if microsoft didnt buy bungie and Halo never did come out, exclusively, for the xbox? maybe it would of been out on sony’s consoles also.
Would there even be an Xbox 360?

Iv’e said it numerous times. If the Xbox didn’t have Live and Halo it would have sold jsut as bad as something as the Dreamcast or worse.
And Halo will never die. You don’t kill a series that makes you money. It’s not about oversaturating a series til it becomes terrible. Devs dont' care about that. Its about continuously making money off of it. Halo series won’t die for awhile.
I mean sometime oversaturating the series kills it such as Sonic before it but usually popular brands never die. And sometimes even 25 years after the start of the series the games keep coming and are still good such as Super Mario Bros to Galaxy.
Halo would have ended up as a MAC game like they were originaly planning, and nobody would have bought it, XBOX would fail, and Bungie would never exist.
that’s like xboxs one in the last three bullets xbox has besides COD(call of duty) 4 & GOW 2(gears) are probrably the last two after that i don’t know what happens.ps3 is like a pistol only one game that was worth playing is Resistance FOM ractet and clank TOD and heavenly sword should help but sony isn’t doing so well. wii is like a uzi just keep firing every month. how many controllers do they have? guitar,nunchuck,wiimote,classic control,GCN controller,zapper,wheel,fitness mat,joystick arcade,more? total of 10+ every month they have two or more games. keep firing remake the boston massacre
Gears will have to step its ass up, but also all those small exclusives that people might love like Mass Effect (Poeple seem to be really hyped up by this) can turn into big trilogies

Never said the hype was small, hell you dont know if that game will be worth the shit, you might hate it. What makes it small is that it has no background so the title is small as of now but the hype is big!
