But I don’t complain on what people wear in the game, anyways it is funny to see all those guys wearing full hyabusa armor, with katanas, using the steel color, and beating the hell out of them which bausman said, they think they are “l337, MLG, SNIPORZ” and beating them is fun.
That has been happening to me all week, i wear my recon and people still shit them selves over it, i joined a custon the other day and two guys literally cornered me just to look at my recon, i though they were gonna rape me o_O
The helmet is ugly but i like the shoulders and the chest pieces, i’ll wear those for a while.

Yes, Recon sucks now. And anyone trying to say it dosent is most likely trying to stand up for it because they feel “cool” because they finally have it.

Back in the day you had to really earn Recon. Either by defeating Bungie, or winning some type of contest. Now, it’s just like “Yea, get these achievements and you’ll have recon”
Gay. I watched Bausman, Plasmasoldier and two other guys do one of the challenges on ODST that you have to do in order to get recon, and let me say....It was dumb easy....How the hell is that worth Recon? And to top it off, last saturday I was playing the double EXP and just about every other damn kid in the lobby had it on....So what dose that tell you?
And now, since it’s ridiculously easy to get Recon, everyone’s saying “Ohh yea, well I had recon be4 ODST” Bullshit. You and like 30 other people that I’ve seen so far? Pffft. Recon’s done.

Dude, this is so true, I mean when we did that one ODST slayer on construct, I said I’ll wear my recon armor and while you and king/Legend4O8 were just taking, all 3 of us were just getting kills like it was nothing, King got 15 or so, I remeber he got a running riot, while you and I just seemed to take out anything else that came our way.
I just like the ODST helmet because it looks good to me, I used to use the CQB helmet but switched to this once I realized that it was what the other guys wore after closer inspection. I also use the CQB body armor only for the fact that it looks cool rather then everyone carrying a katana with any hyabusa armor. The EVA shoulder pads just are my preference as well.
The recon helmet is wierd but I do say it is better looking then the scout helmet. The shoulder pads are different but the body armor is decent looking like an additional fron armor plate or something, I may use it but I like the CQB body armor more. Still I see anyone useing recon, they are a prime target for the BR, AR, or whatever else I have, (not nessessarly going to just hunt them down in a match because that would be stupid).
RECON is the shit i dont care what this dumb ass wrote about it. the games getting old and bungie thought theyd give people who really wanted it a chance so, so what if every one has it. at least now its not so impossible to get. i hope they start giving out flaming heads too!! come get some GT: vexed sniper

Bungie started giving away recon because of whining cunts like yourself.
I really wanted recon when it was rare, to be unique. I admit i don’t have it but i don’t really try. I am a n00b and if i was looking hard for a group of good players i could but i don’t really care. I stick with Rogue head eva shoulders and cqb chest.
Personally the Armor, like you have all been saying, isnt that cool anymore. But being able to say you did the achievements isnt too bad. But it is better than Hayabusa in the way you dont need to wear the Helmet to show you did all the achievements. what i do is wear the chest, and then wear Securit Shoulder and Helmet. Katana is... kinda overrated.
