Depends on you’r personal opinion, honestly i havn’t tried the Wii yet, so i can’t give a full judgement of it yet, or at least correctly.

But from what i have seen and heard it is pretty awesome.

The Wii.

It plays Gamecube games and the VC games, so automatically it has just about everything in it during Nintendo’s golden age and after.

But since it has a Gamecube in it, its already better than the Gamecube.

As far as it goes right now the Dreamcast was the worst system ever, nintendo is nowhere close to having a bad system, the GC may have been last this gen but it was a great system and it did have the best first party games.

Is the Wii the worst system ever? Well many respected gaming publications including Game Informer and Gamepro say no, it isn’t the worst console ever. As a matter of fact the title of worst console ever goes to the CDi.

um the Wii the gamecube has downsides but at least the graphics and controls are good. The ps3 and xbox 360 im not so sure of but they are both on the top and its hard to deside but the Wii and sega are at the bottom so im not sure witch one is acualy on the bottom

i havnt played wii or ps3

but i can say this, after the coment of killzone 2 being better than the trailer itself in some areas i started thinking that the games wev got out now have all been rushed in the graphics department other than gears of war.
even if the 360 did get graphics as good as gears of war standard it then cant have space for other things like a bigger, better story.

wii isnt even competing in the same market acording to what nintendo said so there games could go a completly different way of having lots of mini type games like PSP size or DS

No it’s the same market, Nintendo said that they didn’t intend on competing with Sony and Microsoft, they said all they want is to make their fans happy, or something to that nature.

It’s already been said that Microsoft is only into the gaming market because they’ve invaded just about every room in a household except the living room, so they put out a gaming device intent on getting one of their products into the living room.

they were working together to make a gaming machine using cd roms and sony was making the cd drive but then nintendo ditched them when sony finished and so sony made the playstation smashing it back in nintendoes face. and they smashed them with the ps2 as well, and they will smash them with the ps3 as well i say

Nintendo will have 4 million consoles sold by the end of the year, Sony will have less than half of that. This was undoubtedly the worst launch Sony has ever had, and it’s because they’re too slow with the production of the PS3. If the PS3 was easier to get, than yeah it’d probably be in the lead right now. However with Nintendo doing almost double Sony’s sales during the first two months it’s going to be difficult for Sony to catch up.

And about the whole Sony disc thing, Sony wasn’t without it’s fault in the situation, in fact Sony’s greediness was the reason Nintendo went to Phillips.

and if the wii had a blu ray drive in it it would be scarce too becuase of the lack of blu ray diodes. if ps3 stayed with dvd rom there would be plenty but instead of having 8.5 gb u get 56 gb which is worth it
