Wii, maybe worst system ever?

The Ps3 supports better graphics and much larger games and the Wii being no better then Duck Hunter is a legitimet excuse since Duct Hunter is ghetto now. And with the way nintendo is going at marketing and the overly cheap systems since even thought it sold more then the Ps3 it didnt make as much money as it did it just might go into bankruptsy but nintendo is a powerful company and this is unlikley but hey people probely said the same thing about blockbuster and now look its loseing more and mroe money every year

The PS3 is a great console but it just isn’t worth the $600 price tag, the 360 is a great console but it just isn’t different enough from the X-Box. The Wii has a cheap price (which Nintendo is making a profit from, they could have given it to us for $100) and it’s different from any other console.

See, you say that the Wii isn’t going to last, but I know it will. The Wii will sell 4,000,000 console by the end of the year and by the end of 2007 it will have sold almost 10,000,000. the ps3 will be sitting at less then half and the 360 will be either about the same or just a bit over. By the year 2012 the Wii may have sold more then the PS2.

Why do people slam the Wii and say PS3 is awesomesauce with graphics when only a generation ago, the PS2 was the less capable system and the PS fanboys were defending it by saying graphics don’t matter? Well, apparently they do.

The Wii is doing the same thing the PS2 did, by being a system that appeals to a large audience and has a large slew of titles for gamers to play. Nintendo, however, fixed the holes in the PS2 by making a less buggy system, a power conservative system, and a new way to play, or so they hope it becomes that.

I only remember of one era where the more powerful console won: the Super Nintendo/Genesis era. The NES was inferior to the Master System in terms of specs, and so was the PS1 to N64 and PS2 to the GameCube and Xbox. Yet they still won. So it just goes to show that graphics aren’t the most important thing.

Actually the Genisus was more powerful then the Super Nintendo yet it lost

No, only the clock speed was higher, so games were generally faster. Everything else was better on SNES.

What the hell are you talking about? PS3 isn’t making ANY money and Sony is losing literally billions because of it. Nintendo profited from Wii on day 1, so I don’t know where you get the idea that the PS3 is doing better than Wii.

By 2012 the next Gen gameing systems will aready be made chances are the Wii will stop selling around 2009 or 2010 since its incredibly cheap prices will be bad in the long one since for one Nintendo hasent made the same profit sony and microsoft have because of it and when prices start droping Ps# will go from 600 to 500 to 400 but what will happen to the Wii it will go from 250 150 50 so by the time the Ps3 is halfway down the Wii will be almost nothing and yes more people will buy it but it wont profit nintendo

No see when you sell something you get money for it you dont pay them to give it to them(witch nintendo will be doing soon)and the Wii is selling at 200 each and the ps3 is selling 600 each so if u add up the math the Ps3 got more money
