Wii shop connection problems

ok i can do everything with the net but connect to wii shop, ive managed to load enough to sign a contract but now i get the error code 051330 even tho there shouldnt be a zero in front, and i cant connect, and once when i left it going for hours becuase it didnt come up with an error it changed the screen a bit and said it was connecting please wait but it took bloody hours so i turned it off.

how long does it take to connect to wii shop the first time and how can i fix my problem

some sites recomend i change the chanel to 11 but how exactly do i change the chanel for my wii when it dont even no its there

it wont be the europe one NZ is only linked to europe for release of consoles and games, if i need to ring something it wuld have to be australia but from what i know they dont have one, its really poor service, i mean sony has 1 for NZ itself! and ive sent emails to them and its worked and ive rung them on stuff too, but i still didnt resolve this problem with my ps2 it got too complicated.
