The rumors have been spreading but it’s official. DBZ: T3 will have online play on the Wii edition and the fans go wild. I personally can’t wait:

[Quote] #3 10 Jul 2007 10:34 pmWell online already gets my buy but you know most fighting games really never upgrade or innovate between games aside from new levels, modes, and characters. __________________
[Quote] #4 10 Jul 2007 10:47 pmActually, yes they do. Usually they’re only the big ones that do. The past few Mortal Kombat games are vastly different from each other. The past few Tekkens are pretty different, especially with implementing such things as environmental interaction.

[Quote] #5 10 Jul 2007 10:56 pmYea DBZ games have pretty much been the same and with a DBZ game pretty much already innovating with the Wii online play is definetly going to be the major saling point this time around. Although they can get away with that this time next time they are going to have to start innovating from a market point of view. __________________
[Quote] #6 10 Jul 2007 11:01 pmIs this confirmed Zuc’s? __________________
[Quote] #7 10 Jul 2007 11:01 pmYep 100% confirmed. __________________
[Quote] #8 10 Jul 2007 11:01 pmI really don’t see adding online as innovative since fighting games have had online since last gen. If anything they are playing catch up and are selling just because it’s Dragon Ball Z. I’m glad it’s getting online but they seriously need to stop putting out the same game with a couple new features every year because people and not just gaming sites will begin to notice that. I really would like this game but besides online and a few new features it’s not much different from the past 2. __________________

[Quote] #11 10 Jul 2007 11:04 pmTrue but it will only last so long before they end up having to actually work on the game. __________________
[Quote] #12 10 Jul 2007 11:04 pmYep and hopefully with Tenkaichi 4 they will do that. Though kinda pschyed though that this game has 150 characters. Quite amazing. __________________
[Quote] #13 10 Jul 2007 11:06 pmYeah, they better do that with 4. That would make my day. __________________
[Quote] #14 10 Jul 2007 11:08 pmBut can only expect so much from Atari. They’ve really lost their luster over the years. __________________
[Quote] #15 10 Jul 2007 11:12 pmYeah, Driver went downhill. __________________
[Quote] #16 10 Jul 2007 11:15 pmLuckily Driver is no longer owned by Atari. Owned by Ubisoft now. __________________
[Quote] #17 10 Jul 2007 11:47 pmDriver 76 by Ubisoft sucked though but that was basically just Parallel Lines with a different story. If they started form the ground up I think they could do something. __________________
It could make the game a little better. __________________ Anime and game boards Demon sasuke’s message board
