Xbox 360 Core unit discontinued at Best Buy

Well then the SKU itself has probably been discontinued as well. I knew MS couldn’t keep this lower SKU for that long especially with their being 3. Get a pricedrop out and this SKU becomes unnecessary. Not surprised to see this happen as I said awhile ago as soon as the price drops the core version will get axed.

Well if ya think about it the lesser the price of the 360 is the more MS loses on it. So I assumed as soon as the pricedrop occurs there really is no reason to keep that lower price there as you have already lowered the top one. Most sales will happen there anyways. Not to mention the core never sold well at all. And even further having 3 SKU’s on the market is never a good idea. You can only have different ones if you notify one as being dominant over the other. Usually giving the choice is not so hot.

Was expected.

i’m surprised it lasted as long as it did. Look how Fast the 20 GB PS3 was discontinued...hell now the 60 Gb PS3 will soon be gone too lol
