Exactamundo. And DBZ got watered down after the Cell Games arc, or possibly during it if you ask me. The best Saga besides the Freeza Saga would have to be the Saiyan Saga, no contest.

And some Espada Fights after another and nearly no plot development unless the Pendulum Arc starts again.
I watch the anime with my brother Sabu935.It is one of the best anime’s in a long time.Awesome fighting scenes(My favorite part of the show),Also not to mention the Espada.I like all of them except the #8 Espada(I think his name is Granz).

The only part I like about Bleach is how badass Aizen is compared to the rest of the cast. He actually has plot revolving around him. Hell, the entire plot of Bleach revolves around Aizen.

I believe Aizen crushed Grimmjow with his reiatsu alone. That’s badass. At any rate, Grimmjow is more like an antihero than a villain. More than likely Kubo will pull something where Grimmjow helps Ichigo later on.
Kenpachi is more of a typical cliche badass to me. Sheer strength, rawr, etc...

So what, he’s saving a girl in both main stories.
Fucking hell dude, that doesn’t make it bad. In Zelda and Mario you’re always saving the Princess in nearly EVERY game. Yet they’re still two of the greatest franchisees in gaming.
Bleach has a lot of plot development as well as underlying themes of power, the want for power, and how it ultimately can corrupt.
DBZ is SHIT compared to Bleach. DBZ in every saga is “holy fuck, they’re gonna destroy the planet, let’s fight and save it by becoming 10 times stronger then we were in the last fucking saga”

That’s too overdone for me to even consider it. Striving to become strong, eh. Who doesn’t? I don’t see how that’s creative.
Bleach has a plot development in Pendulum Arc, because it lets me know wtf happened back at SS rather than throwing random Fraccions out at my face and say they should be fought to rescue Orihime just like SS arc to save Rukia without involving Aizen’s conveniently laid-out plot.
