personally, i think twilight has done a great thing for the human race, it separates the girls who are level-headed enough for a good relationship (aka the girls who dislike/like but don’t completely obsess over twilight) and the girls who are way too immature for relationships and should never reproduce (this will most likely stay true since twilight fan girls are too batshit insane/terrifyingly ugly that they won’t ever get laid or get into a relationship)

Twilight has managed to do something that not many other works of fiction have managed to do. It took everything we know and love about vampires and turned it into this huge steaming pile of asinine faggotry the likes of which us mortals have never seen. But in all seriousness from what I’ve heard about it it’s cliche as hell, the typical
“Oh I’m a monster I can’t be with you even though I love you so much."
kinda bullshit. I mean nowadays it’s pretty hard not to be at least a little cliche considering that the different genres in literature tend to work themselves into certain stereotypes consistent them, but good Lord at least try to be a little original.

dude, vampires were always kinda queer. it wasn’t twilight that started it (but it did expand it quite a bit). shit like queen of the damned really got it going, with the whole vampires are into raving and techno-trance bullshit. vampires were never that scary and were never awesome (except dracula and i guess alucard, but he’s still not that great)
To bad the book is not like Harry Potter and Eragon, those two books got people reading,Twilight only got people to think it was the ONLY good book out there in the world.
Reminds me everyone using the love vampires thing,I need to use as a get rich Scheme.

Well you got a point Queen of the Damned fucking sucked. That movie was the biggest waste of time ever. I’m kind of getting tired of the whole vampire thing too I mean there were a few cool vampire characters like Blade and Alucard but then they just tried to cash in on it too much if you ask me.

I like Vampires, but I agree that people are milking the Vampire them as well as the zombie theme to an extent. I kinda want to see more werewolves and succubi to be quite honest.
