can anyone help me get started with my rap carrer

sense i was a little kid my chilhood dream was to become a rapper and be well known for it. sense i have gotten older i know that it aint going to be easy but io am up for the challange. i just dont know where to start. if there is anyone that can give me and idea on how to get going i would greatlt appreciate it.

ok, first you might want to learn to spell dude. but seriously,

you gotta look at yourself and think unobjectively, can i rap? you wouldnt believe how many battles i have been in with gys who thi rapping is just rhyming words. listen 2 a heap of good rap. dr dre, eminem, hilltop hoods, tupac. etc etc.

then if you really can rap, get a computer mic, and download a drum beat programme into your pc. get some mean beats goin and recarod your stuff man. upload them onto youtube, this site, anything. Myspace and facebook will help get you name out there. to put music on this site you will need 2 save it as an mp3.
The most important thing you must temember is that when you start, people will laugh, tell you that rap is not your thing and to give up , that sort of stuf. especially your friends. this is a great way to find your true friends, as your real mates will believe in you. ignore the disbelievers. if you want a rap career you cant let anybody tell you you wont or cant do it. even when things seem really bad keep at it. hell ,your struggle may become one of your songs.
or if your really unlucky you will effortlessly become an overnight star like soulja boi and after one hit song realise you have nothing to rap about and lose popularity and your career within a month. not sying you should pass up any opportunitys, but dont take them for granted.

also try n build your swagg up, thats just coolness btw. youll not get far if u act like a lil pussy. yameen.
