Question about Internet rap beats.(I need help!)

I’m making a CD which I do plan on selling, but I have one problem. The beats are from the Internet. I was wondering if it was legal or not to still sell the CD. I’ve only recorded one song that uses a beat from the net, and if it is illegal I’ll just put it on a mixtape, or something. I’ve heard that it’s legal only if you don’t sell 1000 units, but I’ve heard that selling it period is illegal.

Drum Kit From Hell is supposedly very good, although I think it’s more metal orientated than Hip-Hop sampling.

You can’t beat the feel of a fucking groovy hip-hop drummer, IMO. Processed beats ftl.
