It’s a pretty good album, better than encore.

Overall it’s a pretty good album, I was hoping for more of a Eminem Show vibe,but it’s more similar to Slim Shady LP. It’s pretty much SSLP with harder hitting beats and lyrics, wish it would have had more serious songs, really only two serious songs on the whole album(Deja Vu, and Beautiful), maybe on Relapse 2. For what it is, it’s a good album, only thing some people probably won’t like is that he does use a lot of accents which I’ve seen people complain over, it didn’t really bother me at all,but like I said I’ve seen other people getting pissed over it. Can’t wait for Relapse 2.

The album was OK...It’s his worst yet...The only song I haven’t heard is Deja Vu...Beatiful is my favorite song..And regarding the accent, it really does bother me..I seriously can’t stand it..Hopefully he takes Relapse 2 a little more seriously.

This album had two good songs..Maybe 3..Encore was a solid album..IDK actually,they had different tones to them...I’m not a huge fan of either..I hope Relapse 2 is a LOT better

What 2/3 songs do you think are good? I don’t think there is really a bad song on the album,just not a lot of serious songs,but for what each song is trying to accomplish I think they were all fairly well done.

Ok I’ll do a little mini review...


3 am: At first I didn’t really like it but now it get’s pretty good rotation... I’ll give it a 7/10

My mom: I don’t know why but I really like this song... good story to it and reminds me of the old em.. 8/10

Insane: Pretty good...if you can get behind the whole gay rape thing.... Weird song but its ok... 7/10

Bagpipes from Baghdad: Not really feelin this one.. 5/10

Hello: This one isn’t too bad.. It just feels like it’s lacking something.. 7/10

Same song same dance: Great song.. I don’t get how he gets away with the shit he says....9/10

We made you: Just his usual poppy radio single don’t really like it, more of a comedy track than anything.. 6/10

Medicine Ball: cant really say much about this I usually skip it I need to listen to it all the way through.

Stay wide awake: This song is great easily one of my favorites.. 10/10

Old times sake: This song has a great vibe to it... good blunt cruisin song... 8/10

Must be the ganja: Another track I just cant get into... 6/10

Deja Vu: 10/10....enough said.

Beautiful: Another great song... Cant stop playing it...10/10

Crack a bottle: Life was going great when this was released and I think that’s why I like it..I know a lot of people don’t but it’s whatever... Em’s lyrics are on point too... Hook is kinda off though.. 8/10

Underground: Em goes fuckin nuts on this one and it is great.. hopefully this is the way relapse 2 is heading... again..the hook could of used some use that’s why it gets a.....9/10



Overall: It is defiantly a solid album.. It will get a lot of play from me...

I’d give it a 8.5 as a whole. Way better than his past efforts and defiantly a breath of fresh air from all the other shit coming out now.
