how to transfer iTunes library from old to new hard drive

Anybody know how to transfer my iTunes library from old to new hard drive? My ipod had to be repaired, therefore couldn’t save on device. Old HD too small and I upgraded to larger HD. So any ideas suggestions? Thank you.
