Detroit has da best. Altough NY has some good rappers, all there good one stoped or died. Detroit is da best.

First of all let’s give props to NY for creating an art form that gave our youth a way to get off the street. But, as far as rappers vs rappers? Detroit takes it hands down! See you have to understand; New York’s always gonna get more shine because they are the Mecca of Hip Hop. But put their hardest emcees in a battle arena with Detroit’s hardest emcees and I bet they get they azzez tapped. You guys are only speaking of Detroit emcees that have a little shine, but there’s a host of others that you don’t know about that will crush anybody from anywhere that you put in their faces. Remember, Detroit is MoTown. The sons, daughters, grandsons, & grandaughters of the best that EVER did it! Music & lyricism comes second nature in Detroit. Just think, if a white boy is the best lyricist in the game, just imagine how cold the brothas are? That’s why Detroit artist are filtered; they don’t want them to get on because they’ll take over the game.
