Tom Morello vs. Slash vs. Eddie Van Halen vs. Jimmy Hendrix vs Jimmy Page

Who is the best guitarist between these men. If you think someone else might be it, who?

jimmy hendrix hands down. hes a legend.

See, Jimmy Hendrix was really really good, but only really heard his good stuff on live stuff, not on recorded albums. Jimmy Page though, that guy was crazy all over, recorded stuff and live.

Why is Tom Morello on there? He’s not even very good. Like, at all. I mean he can play but he’s nowhere near the same league as Slash or Hendrix or Van Halen.

the guy’s got skill, but at different...um, let’s say category. I mean, there’s a reason he was ranked 26 in the top 100 guitarist of all time.

He uses a lot of distortion to get a different sound but it’s not like he’s all that great.

That’s what makes him good, cause he uses that distortion so good.

but his guitar skills aren’t what make him good. Therefore, he’s not a guitarist in the same league as the others.

Nonetheless, he’s still good

I would say Slash is a sick guitarist but hes a far shot from Greatest. I would say Jimmy Hendrix =/

That a reproduction of a guitar hendrix used every once in a while. his main guitar was a right handed Fender Stratocaster flipped upside down and restrung for hendrixs left handedness.
