Actually, that point can be debated.. 90% of the time the known moderators only really post in the Off Topic section, which is a section meant for off topic chatting.

When I’m in a music, movie, television, game, whatever other topic I tend to keep the discussion to the point of the topic. The only exception is when somebody else is already way off topic or when I’m doing a modding job.
