I’d have to disagree with you on Jay-Z. Reasonable Dobut is an outstanding album, especially for a debut... while he hasn’t matched the quality of his first album (except maybe Blueprint, but I prefer RD) to say he’s one of the worst? I can think of quite a few who deserve a spot on the list far more than he does. You know, like Lil' John...
