After reading the meanings, you could say the arguments of the existence AND nonexistence of ghosts could, somewhat be based on both fact ond opinion.

Hell, for a ghost to exist it would need to be capable of independent thought, but you can’t have thought without a brain. Without a physical body not only would ghosts not be able to do anything people claim they do like interact with things, they’d be an actual impossibility (even energy consists of matter of some form).

An awkward thing to try to make sense of at the time, I’m sure... and of course, as 'her majesty' mentioned, the most difficult part being, to have to go through it without any help or solace from trusted adults. -Though maybe fortunate also, in that it would have probably been a lot more traumatic, had it happened later in your life.
Anyway, glad to hear you’ve since been able to find some resolution and coherence surrounding those memories and experiences.
