fate from chrono cross which is the essence of fate its self,gigas from earthbound which is like a wicked time travleing demon that knows everything,yggdrsil from tales of synphonia who is a evil god of two worlds,and metroid prime which is kinda hard to explain.

its not really the best character but more like the most evil and difficult end boss.
