Black and White

doesn’t it seem that quite a few things say that the color white is better than black?

example:

in chess, there’s the black pieces and the white pieces. guess who goes first?

good and evil. guess which one means good?

there’s tons more things like this. can you list any more? it’s annoying though, because in a way it’s racism.

because in a way its racism?!

oh im sorry I wasnt aware that chess pieces were part of our race now...

and have you considered the possibility that white is concidered a 'good' colour because light is sort of white looking.. and evil on the other hand is darkness... which believe it or not.. but when the lights go out.. things go black... to put it simply

Or how we now have ethnic quotas so people can have 'equal oppourtunities' when its not equal at all... why isnt there a white quota? hmmm

Or why is it that if a black dude thumps a white kid its just assault... but if I were to walk up to some black dude and smack him im a racist?!

And yes its happened... i sat on some dudes porche and so he started a fight with me... he was black.. and people were coming out of a bar and screaming at me calling me a racist because I was squaring off to some black guy?! (btw i was drunk and I didnt mean to sit on his porche i just did..)

If you ask me.. the average white guy couldnt give 2 shits about what race you are, at least in the UK anyway, aslong as you presend yourself in a pleasant manner noone would think lower of you for being black, yellow or whatever.

And as for chess... its an old game!! Institutionalised racism meant that it was not just ok to do things in a racist manner.. it was often expected... but believe it or not most people unlike you dont see chess as a racist game and really couldnt care which colour goes 1st.

and you obviously are looking at the 1970’s and later. if a black kid were to call a white kid “cracker” or “white boy” in the 1930’s, the ku klux klan would have come knocking on his door, gun in hand. and if you assaulted a white child... “I don’t want to die! please don’t shoot me! Please don’t shoot....". if a white child assaulted you, the black kid would be charged for the assault instead, thus resulting in... “I don’t want to die! please don’t shoot me! Please don’t shoot...".

and, the schools for black kids where the equivalent of being schooled in some third world-country.



are you from the UK? of course the Europeans don’t' give a sh!t about your race. but since I’m in America without money and a visa... you get the point. and chess is a good game but it sort of bothers me with why does white always go first.

That could be why light is interpreted as a good divine thing (god is depicted as a stream of light alot) and darkness evil (if a shadow were to evelop the earth death would follow... i call that evil)

I want all races to be at peace and mix with each other and be happy rather than most white kids stickin togther.. most black kids sticking together etc..

But what I cant stand is in this modern day it all being blamed on white guys.. yea we were the original racists ... but come on times have changed... the reason for all this hostility between races isnt just our fault.. other races have their part too.. most of them hold a grudge on us.. when we werent even there when racism was the done thing and thats what annoys me!

You have to admit I have a point, racism isnt just white peoples doing... we started it but its gona take everyone to finish it. And I doubt thats ever gona happen unless everyone else takes at least some responsibility.

Racism is never going to disappear as long as some one has something and the other doesn’t or you don’t believe what I believe. People can’t accept the fact that people are different.

It was never meant to be racism, the assosiation of black meaning evil has more been that “evil arises from the shadows." Now, the fact that white goes first in chess I honestly have no clue, but when I play chess, i make sure that noone gets a choice on if they’re black or white.(also on a side note, some chess boards have red in place of black)

LOL... the chess thing is a bit extreme... sorry about that thing. and I wasn’t saying that europe was poor. i was saying that I’d rather live there! although, if you aren’t from Europe and you have an accident (broken leg) you ain’t gonna get the same quality of health care.

and, Canada might be a good place to live. almost no racism, there hasn’t been a murder in 15 years... they also speak english... HELLO, CANADA!

fyi I am really canadian I swear on my grandfathers grave( which isnt a smart thing to do) i live in the lower mainland in british columbia and we were once called “the car-theft capitol of the world”

um, well actually... whites still do racism. not so much against blacks, but now it’s latinos. and it didn’t start with the blacks either. and the whites (not including you adwodon) did do the halocaust which is racism at it’s worst. and the white goldminers harrased the chinese goldminers. and now with latinos, there’s the stereotypes of latinos all being poor and all of them into vandalism and grafitti... all my goddamn friends are latinos, b!@##es! and they may not have as much money as some have, they’re usually a lot nicer!


so, whites still do racism, but as I personally know, most whites I’ve met aren’t bad at all. but I’ve definitely been called nigger, and one time some white boy stuck the point of a pen into my leg. of course I screamed, and then he punched me in the face and the stomach, knocking the breath out of me, and making my head hurt. then he said, that’s what you get you motha f@!#!@g sad excuse for a person!

I own a black Toyota truck, does that make me a racist. lol

owning something that’s the color black (unless it’s an actual person) isn’t racism. but it is stupid to be driving a black car in the summer, because the color black heats up like hell. good for winter, bad for summer.
