Can we control the weather?

I just saw a commercial on the Discovery Channel for a special called Can We Control The Weather?, and it got me thinking. If we really can control the weather, would we be able to use it as a weapon?

It’s plausible. Not really logically, but I have friends who say that when they’re sad or overly emotional it starts to rain.

Wouldn’t work. Because many people want different weather, the weather would have to pick and choose who it listened too.

its probably the temperature, humidity and atmospheric pressure change that effects their mood... and then theres the actual rain
