Welcome to the Dark side of the Rainbow
1. First put a copy of The Wizard of Oz into the DVD player/VCR, turn volume all the way down on your tv
2. Put a copy of Pink Floyd’s Dark Side of the Moon into your CD player
3. Start the Wizard of Oz, press the pause button right when the MGM lion roars for the 3rd time, start dark side and resume play on Wizard of Oz at the same time and enjoy.
What you will see/hear:
1. The credits playing to Breathe
2. When Mrs.Gelch/Wicked Witch appears the Clocks for the song Time will start
3. During the song Time Dorthy is in the middle of running away, she is near a bridge looks back and starts to run, close to the same time you will hear the lyrics “No one told you when to run”
4. The whole scene with the Tornado is playing to The Great Gig in the Sky.
5. After Dorthy’s house crashes down and right after she opens her door the the land of Oz Pink Floyd’s Money will start to play
6. During the Song Us and Them you will hear the lyrics “Down and Out” at the same time Glenda will re-form into a bubble and float away
7. After Dorthy finds the Scarcrow and he starts his dance number the Song Brain Damage will start with the lyrics " The loonatic is on the Grass”, this song continues through the scene with the irate trees throwing apples
8. After Eclipse is finished playing you hear a heart beat and you will noticibly see The Scarcrow and Dorthy with their eats against Tin Man’s Chest telling the he has no heart (The ironoy) and as you see them talking (You cant hear them If you have your tv’s volume down SO IT WILL SEEM AS IF THEY WERE WHISPERING) you will hear in a whisper say “There is no Dark Side of the Moon really, as a matter of fact it’s all dark”
note these are the main simularities, there are others such as head turns scene changes coenciding with musical downbeats. But if you try this experiement yourself and see somthing else Please Post it
