End communism, because it just doesn't work

If you’ve read books based on how power makes our governments corrupt (Animal Farm, 1984) then you know why communism just doesn’t work.

What is communism

communism is basically this idea: everyone is equal, which is opposed to capitalism, because capitalism means that someone can be richer than someone else (e.g Bill Gates is allowed to be richer than you). Communism says that everyone has the same ammount of money.

sounds good, right?

but like every government, the communist government wants to have more money than the public, so applies the phrase: “all animals are equal, but some are more equal than others."

basically saying that the government can have more money if they want to, thus giving them more power than you, because power really is money mainly. And since it’s in human nature that people want power over others... now you see why communism doesn’t work.

Communism is GREAT!!!! In theory.....

It just doesn’t work in the real world because someone always wants MORE!

I liked animal farm, it was a great book, george orwell was a great author, 1984 was less like that, there was a government that strived for power not that they went corrupt when they got it

yeah, I agree. The real message though, is that all governments (that are human) go corrupt with too much power.

Communism would work if people were angels.Because the govrnmt.tells them that their needs would be supplied,people get lazy,they don’t realize that what they make or do is used for other people. And that leads to mass starvation and/or death.

Somebody mentioned this earlier, and it is completely true. Communism is great, in theory. In the perfect world, a utopia of sorts, communism would be the ideal form of government, because there wouldn’t be a need for more than their neighbor has. But, as we all know, this is not the case because of human nature. Most humans want more than their neighbor has, just to prove that they are better.
