if communism means every one is equal thats great that would mean no more poor people or bragging rich people but communist might be good because a person who works hard should get more money then a person who works at McDonalds (do i have the basic concept of this right?)

Communism may sound good in theory, but it’s not.
" if communism means everyone is equal, that’s great that that would mean no more poor people or bragging rich people”
but it may mean that everybody is poor and has terrible living conditions. so, Capitalism’s better for human nature.

Anarchy would never work, either. Hence, anarchy. The end of governments will only lead to death, suffering, and overall shitty conditions. As I said in an earlier post, communism is ideal for a utopia, but since we don’t live in a utopia, Capitalism is the best we have.

Yep, I do suppose I agree with DestinyGuy 678 and FZDW that capitalism, from our point of view, may be the best we’ve got to some degree. But we DO have the money and the responsibility to be socialistic as well. So a socialistic capitalist state is my best bet :-) The thing is: pure capitalism = the unfortunate or handicapped, unskilled, untrained etc. gets fucked(ie. oh you can’t get a job? screw you!)! Socialistic capitalism = society does everything it can to help the handicapped to a decent life, to help the unskilled and untrained to some decent skills and a decent life etc. I mean I do not mind paying a bit of taxes IF I know that it goes to those groups and those goals. Of course IT MUST ALWAYS BE WORTH IT TO WORK rather than go unemployed and getting money from the state...

destinyguy678, if you live in the United States like I do, then it really matters what type of degree you have in college. but since most people who live in the united states can’t pay for college, they usually end up working at walmart or Macdonalds. It’s a vicious cycle.

A lot of people don’t have money for college, you’re right weird guy, however, that is why you have scholarships, grants, student loans, student + loans (Parents take out a loan to help), etc, that will help pay for college. The real problem isn’t that people can’t afford it, it’s that most of the degree’s you can obtain for college aren’t really all that important. At this point in time, having a college degree doesn’t always mean you will get a job. You have a better chance of getting that job, but there has to be a demand for said such job in order to get it, and that’s something we don’t have.
Going to a trade school is better off, depending on what you go for, because there is usually a demand for the positions. Such as carpenters, welders, electricians, HVAC repair/installers, and so forth, have a demand, because most of the people who are in those professions now are aging, and can’t do the jobs as well as they used to be able to, where as, somebody as old as that person, can still work in an office, because it’s not manual labor.
Don’t get me wrong, though, I’m not saying those who are older in our society are weak, or can’t perform, because I know a lot who can. But they won’t be able to do it for much longer.

I’m saying that if you don’t have a degree, your chances of getting a high paying job (doctor, computer engineer) are VERY low.

that’s not going to be as easy as it sounds, because that would mean changing a lot of the things in the U.S government. That would be very tough, but I agree that it would be a change for the better.

Yes, that is what you’re saying, and the chances of you getting that job is very low. But there really isn’t a demand for such jobs at the moment, so going to college for the degree would be a waste of time, is what I’m saying. Yes, in the long run, it would help you out, but until the time comes when that demand is back, it’s just a piece of paper.
