Actually since I speak two languages Spanish and English I actually I’ve tried listening to myself speaking in english and pretending I didn’t understand what the sounds meant.

Sister sounded like SissTor

Books- Buhks

Good Bye- Gud Bai

It was easy for me because I have a mother who is trying to get rid of her accent and I often had to write words down the way they sounded.

I’ve wondered this myself. I know with asian languages we throw a lot of “ch” sounds at the start of words.

If my sources are correct, when non-english speakers imitate english, they use a lot of “th” sounds, which makes sense.
