I was using a USB mouse. Some message came up about driver updates, I ignored it and carried on. Then my mouse stopped working. I tried reconnecting it, but nothing. What should I do?

Did you connect the mouse before or after you booted your computer?

Before. But that doesn’t matter. I’be been using the laptop for a couple of hours.
