what do you want show us.

Its a Gif. If you google, making a Gif, there wlll be lots of school of thought on it. I know that you can make one in Image ready and there are plenty of specialist programs to make it real easy.

I have Ulead Gif animator, which they say is one of the best programs to use.

I have made simple ones in Adobe Image ready. How it works is you create different layers to a image. If you have image ready, you can load any gif image you find and it will show you the separate frames of animation and the time lapse between each frame.

To Make your own, you make a image, and duplicate it say around 10 times, because anymore than 10 frames will make it too large for an avatar. Now the original picture will be set as background and each subsequent duplicate is numbered from 1 to 9.

Now heres the fun part. Adding movement. Now waht you want to do is alter a part of the image to show movement. On Ram’s it is the wolf’s hair. so each image would be photoshoped to alter the hair position slightly in each subsequent frame. Then, when they are all combined together and you set a delay for the frame change..(normaly around .2 of a second) it gives the impression of movement. Its kinda like those old flick books where you flick the corner page of a book and the character or man runs and does stuff.

Thats about it really.

I’m sure there are more in depth guides on the internet, but I thought I would give you a basic idea on whats involved.
