How old do you think your spirit is?

So if you believe that the spirit lives forever but the body dose not how old do you think your spirit is.

I think my spirit is very old compared to most just in ways that I do things sometimes. Difficult to explain but I just do.

I have post regressed through a few past lives and the earliest one I remember is a Japanese swordsman during the feudal age roughly 500 years ago. I can recall a whole bunch between then and now but thats the earliest I have regressed to....for now.

That is interestinging. So your saying that you have lived in this plane be for. Also how old do you consider to be old? As well, 2000 years is not a log time considering that the spirit is infinity.

How did you regrese? Was it fro meditation, hypnotized or with in a dream or some other way? I am generally interested to know.

I believe that this is the fist time I have visited this plane. That’s probably why I struggle with certain aspects of it. But do believe I have my home somewhere unknown to me at this time. This I feel is by chow’s and something I have to do. Be here that is. ie I do believe you chows how difficult your path on this plane we be for yourself be for you go there/here. well for some. for others it could be a different story. You get all that? Am thinking your one of the few here that well.

I assume that chows means choose and you are partly right in that while you do choose your path somewhat it is mostly determined by what you have done and learned in your past lives that determine what you will do in your future life
