I need help on photoshop.

So, what exactly do i do, i am really confused and some things on it seem to have no prpose.

play around with stuff.

The magic wand tool selects parts of a picture that are similar (in terms of color) for an advanced copy and paste.

The “marquee” tools are like that, but you select an entire part of a picture.

I can moce the outline around, but noe the actual object i selected.

But i have figured out the blur thing and the selection that let me switch the pic to those other variations, like pencil drawing or pixle shading.

Well the wand actually selects pixels of the exact same shade. If you need to select an area, I would recommend using the lasso. It’s a free-hand selection and you can increase or decrease the area you selected after you’ve traced what you want to select. (I think it’s alt and ctrl to increase or decrease....but I’d have to double check that as well as which does what - so let me know if you need it).
