Okay well I’m too chicken shit to go down my stairs, cuz I’m afraid the monitors will sense me, but at the same time I think my mom is just making that shit up so I don’t go downstairs. What is the point of house monitors? What do they sense? Noise, height, weight, cuz my dog is downstairs where the monitors are and my cat jumps up and down the stairs all night. I need to know, cuz I cant stand being upstairs all the time! My mom thinks if I go downstairs, I’ll unset the alarms and sneak out, which I’m not going to! AHHH!

Try throwing a ball downstairs. That way you can tell how high the sensors can detect.
If you get in trouble for throwing the ball say that you were playing with the pets.
Try searching information on house alarms on Google, Yahoo, or something. Maybe you can figure out the type of house alarm you have, and then you can bypass it with this information.
(P.S. House alarms are ridiculous. Why can’t kids go downstairs to get a drink? Why can’t I ride by bike more than 8 blocks away from my house? Why are parents so strict??)

What’s with the lol?
Anyway...I think they aren’t supposed to be able to be set off by dogs...so if you hug the ground...you would be fine...supposedly...I would test em by seeing if the red light turns on while the alarm is inactive...they do in my house...why do you need to go into your basement anyway?
