I'm ill, but have no idea what it is.

For the past week, Everyday I have felt sick/bloated. It comes and goes. Today, I was so bad I had a panic attack. It has also affected my bladder, I’m not going for a “poo” as often. What’s wrong with me? I can’t see the doctor until Wednesday as well
