How? I know alot about photoshop, but I could never figure out how to do this kind of stuff. Do you use a specific tool? Do you just do it manually? Or do you not use photoshop?

I barely brushed, I used C4D renders, and the filter stuff.

it’s like a weird shaped picture, you download it, save it, open it, resize it (if you want), and drag it into the canvas. Plus I have read a lot of signature tutorials.
