Sorry dude, but you need to work on it a bit more. Don’t worry, I suck at sig making also. Here’s what is wrong:

Firstly, The Itachi cut-out is bad...really bad. You’ll need it to be very smooth, as if the background itself was taken out and Itachi left behind. And it migh be a good idea to place him to the left.

The blue swirls are nice, but not on there own. Give them a larger scale and give them a matching background. Along with that, the colours do not contrast well at all.

Don’t be afraid to use some variety. Use your imagination and resources from the internet. Find different swirles if you want. Rotate them. Import diferent pattenrs and pictures. Transparent and zoom on Itachi’s face and send it behind him. That kind of stuff.

Yes I realise that I don’t know how to include the swirls due to the lack of photoshop, but it’s a try.
Take a look; simple, idolizes the character with his face and a quote and softened to give it a nice feel. Nothing fancy, simple and plain.

What I’m saying is, for now, don’t try too hard to make something spectaular, go slowly and simply first.
