How do i add this page to the character profiles?

by the by if you wanna do a table of contents on a page here is the code

the headings are what is used by the toc

2.press the edit tab on the right
3.type the desired character in
4.highlight the character name
5.press link on the editorial box(shaped like a fused chain)
6.press save changes(the characters name should be now click able)
7.click on the link of the characters name(the should say the page doesn’t exist)
8.start press the edit tab on the right again
9. edit the page.
