Virus Warning :o

As I had noticed other people that had posted similar questions as mine, I wanted to share this warning with others that visit this site. I posted a file extension question with my email address regarding a video that I was LEGALLY downloading but couldn’t view. I received a message from someone that was claiming to be a FBI agent telling me that I was breaking the law. They attached a file under the pretense of including the “law” (regs) that I was breaking.

I saved the file to virus scan it before opening it and during the save... my virus protector saved me!

There are righteous people out there that want to tell you (with out knowing all the facts), that you are breaking the law... then they really break the law themselves by sending you a virus.

Beware of people who send malicious emails. If I was breaking the law, I would have the authorities knocking at my door... not sending emails.

Simply do not allow other people to see your email. It’s the only way to avoid this sort of crap from happening. The internet is a big place and there are so many idiots out there trying to scam or cheat you in one way or another.
