HAHA..nah..If I was on my own..would not be driving a wagon.
Infact, once the kids are a bit older and me and butterfly are both working and pulling in the monnies, were gonna buy a super nice ride just for us to get around in.
I’ve been eyeing off this baby
Feel the love man
Thats a car I’d be happy to be crusing round in.
I WANT IT SO BAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAD!

haha if they can afford it why wouldn’t they just buy something ecomonical and save their money? Because they want to look cool.
I had the chance to get a 72 corvette, pristine condition, low milege, that thing was tight! But instead I bought my geo and kept the other 8 thousand dollars Joined: 22 Nov 2008 Posts: 17,584 OFFLINE Nex CarnifexThinking bout' life Rep: 62 Brutus saving money, smart man! King Boo wrote:

Yeah
Now since i saved my money i have enough to go into a nissan dealership and buy a new versa with cash.
But I like My metro so it stays Joined: 28 Dec 2006 Posts: 21,939 DingoMaDnESsSsS! Rep: 82 Me and Butterfly are going to buy a nice car because we have done the right things in life. we saved, we sacrificed, we had second hand furniture ect when we were starting out, but thats because money was tight and we needed to pay for bills.
but we saved, we bought a house, sold it 6 years later. Moved to the city. Bought some nice stuff, new lounge, fridge, bed, hi def lcd tv, ps3, car ect..now we have a bit of luxury.
In a few years, were saving up, moving to japan for a few years, making more money there, comming back, building a nice home, two maybe three stories and getting a nice car for us to get round in.
You need to work to get money, and money is there to be spent..it has no other uses. You save up for things that are expencive or you buy a bunch of cheap stuff.
Its a cycle.
People who have nice stuff generally earned it through working for it. so why not let them drive around in nice cars. Its the poor jellous people who point the finger saying that its cause they’re over compenasating or the like.
let them enjoy life. they earned it. __________________

Well i can understand that if you save up all your life to buy what you want. Thats like a reward.
But i think its kind of silly when these 20 year olds buy these $60000 dollar cars when they make 8 dollars an hour and end up having to sell their cars because they can’t afford the car.
Im going to get a second car pretty soon, you know what im getting? A Geo tracker XD Joined: 09 Sep 2007 Posts: 3,554 OFFLINE -408Windsor-UBER 1337 Poster Rep: 40 Those new camaros are fawking ghey. A complete fail by chevy. Heavy p.o.s with a terrible power to weight ratio.. __________________

Not downgrading.
When I had a beamer I lived at home, sold it got a cheaper car and gained an apartment. The LS Corolla is nicer then the Protege.
I am only 17 and I have had 3 cars.. I think I am doing pretty well. __________________
