PETA is mostly a conglomeration of socially displaced individuals, trying to solve their inner emotional troubles by 'externalizing', and thus misplacing their passions, emotions, and personal insecurities (from what I’ve observed, most of you should be very familiar with similar such sociological 'dysfunctions').

However, the simple fact remains, animals (yes, that includes flies), and even plants are indeed, infinitely more useful to your world than you presently are.
