America is the opposite. PDA isn’t taboo here at all, neither is sex. However, we fucking flip out if we see mass media pedaling sex in an obvious way. Parents across the coutry would flock to shutdown a shop selling nude schoolgirl figurines on the street. People secretly and ashamedly buy porn. Women are a rarity in sex shops.
