I Was driving, when i was hit by a car , the driver of which, forgot the brakes...

I’m driving home from school... 2 lane road, cars move about 60 mph on it

2 cars in front of me...they slow and the first one makes a left turn, the 2nd one, stopped, jack-rabbits it when he gets a clear chacne. I’m stopped behind him.....a car quite a bit of distance behind me....never hit the brakes...

No injuries I hope?

I drive a 08 Civic...and am glad that i do..

I was rear ended.....and jerked forward and to the right a bit....luckily i did not hit the person in front who was gunning it...

I had my seatbelt on and was pushed forward...but otherwise okay...i avoided whiplash.

i could have been...so much worse off


The Civic...it actually fared way better than it should have...the back bumper was knocked ajar..you can see plastic rivets...on the sides under the lights..

the trunk and lights escaped damage....

this happened this afternoon....7- ish..

i called my parents.... ...



the other guy who hit me, immediatly jumped out of his car, to see if i was allright.....I eventually got out and we looked at the damage...hard to see it

he wanted to hurry to CLASS, he had midterms....at a college semi-nearby, not the one i go to..I stalled him long enough...

eventually a cop(who i am sure is younger than me ) passed by....and swerved over...parents weren’t too long behind in arriving quickly...

Well at leas thar were no injuries

Overall, at least I walked away from that crash....and am seriously lucky things weren’t worse...

..there was nothing i could have done..i didn’t quite see him hit me, but how could you expect a person coming up behind you to just ...ram your car like that..it wouldnt have been physically possible to avoid him even so....

I’m not exactly happy saying I walked away from a car crash...but at least i was able to thankfully walk away from a car crash...
