Is there anywere on the internet were theres free phychiaty chat or something?

I have Avoidant Personality Disorder and Social Anxiety Disorder and want some help or advice for dealing with them or maybe treatment. Even talking to people during lunch is extremely stressful for me.

Because talking to people on the internet is not as stressful and pressured. You can take your time posting responses and think about what you’re going to say a lot longer, it’s easier to get out of conversations, there’s the lack of body language, it’s not as personal depending on how you talk to people, etc.

As for the topic, Hao’s got the right idea. It is out there I believe, you just have to look for it.

You also have to think about the fact that, the treatment may not be as effective online. Sure, you’re not as stressed but isn’t the point to face this stress?
