Although I hate to say it I think Naruto would actually win this one, the power of Kyubi no Yoko in the 4 tailed state is what controls Naruto’s body not Naruto himself, that is pure bloodlust and instinct at insane speeds. The barrier of Red Chakra that surrounds Naruto is constantly healing and destroying his body. And that Chakra blast broke though Orocimaru’s Sanjuu Rashoumon
