I don’t think that visual things will help you sleep. You can use a dreamcatcher to help you dream better, and that helps you sleep better when you do sleep. But visuals don’t help when you are trying to keep your eyes closed.
Sounds are what you need.
White noise of some sort.
Perhaps something peaceful.
Maybe even smells will help you sleep better. Don’t knwo what kinds, but I’m sure they can help.
