(OOC: Since Archangel is taking forever, I took the liberty of bumping this via post.)

Zeus could hear a sound of people fighting while he walked down the path. It wasn’t anything unusual, but Zeus was curious to find out what it was. He saw a dragon fly above him on his way there.

By the time he got there, he noticed a group of men. One of them wielding a sword. (IE Azuso)

Umbra began to laugh. “You must quite dumb to openly communicate with me like that. How gullible, my false shock was simply to get you to reveal your position. Now that you’ve spoken, you no longer can conceal your power. Back to Hell with you!" Umbra fired a ball of red energy at a nearby tree. The tree was obliterated by the force of the blast, and a faint scream could be heard fading away. The ruptured ground around Phasmatis stopped quaking. “Why would a demon try to use a low level earthquake spell on an elite reaper such as myself?" thought Umbra as he walked across the tossed soil and cracked earth. “This job is annoyingly simple." Umbra broke back into a sprint, then took to the trees, jumping from branch to branch. He had almost cleared the forest when he saw something crouched under a rock...

"I haven’t had a personal request in some time,is this guy a big threat?“asked Lupus
“Not to the world, but to the world of a friend of mine.“responded the figure.
“Oh i forgot my manners,my name is Morris."
Morris than came closer to Lupus, and he could see more detail/
He had short hair, maybe 1 inch long.with dark brown eyes.
He then countined his request.

“The target, lets call him snake for now.Has stolen something of sentimental value of his."

“So where is this snake?and why didn’t your friend come in person?"

“I’ll explain on the way to your briefing,if you would follow me."

Lupus stood thier with a skeptical look on his face,he then decided to take the risk, although he stayed weary.

“Ok,lead the way."

Tyreaus smiled internally to himself as Ellysia enjoyed the sensation of flight, keeping in a slow and wide circle so she wouldn’t slip off accidentally. While she had completely forgotten about her reason for being from home, being lost in the feelings, he had grown used to it long ago and slowly circled down to land close to where they had taken off. For Ellysia, the first sign that they were landing was when the tree-lines began to obstruct her view, and as she fell, so did the euphoric sensations, until Tyreaus eventually touched back onto solid ground with so much as a slight thumping noise of paws on grass. As soon as her head had cleared, Ellysia remembered what she had to get for her parents, and reluctantly pulled herself from the dragon’s back. She looked back at her friend almost regrettably and simply stared into his strange blue eyes.

“I’ll fly you home,“ he projected into her mind. She smiled and turned around, walking into the marketplace somewhat quickly and excitedly. Tyreaus knew that if he hadn’t said anything, she would have stood there until she found the courage to ask for another ride. He wandered slightly closer to the woods and laid down, his ears twitching slightly as his head rested on his front legs. While he was flying Ellysia around, he couldn’t shake the feeling that he was being followed or watched as he flew. It was then that he realized he had gotten happiness out of her own pleasure, and focused solely on Ellysia’s enjoyment. Shaking his head somewhat at the insane idea, he rested his chin back onto his front legs and closed his eyes quietly, waiting for his friend to return.

A man dressed completely in black robes walked through the burned and empty cathedral. It had been devastated in the Carillon War and never restored. Most of the roof had decayed, leaving it out to open air. Yet, it was not so much the cathedral itself, but what lay beneath it that was of particular interest. He stood up to the main alter, and bowed low on his knees as if in prayer. Around him, a circle of light appeared on the floor, sending up a cylinder of energy around him. As he began to rise to his feet, he vanished completely, and the circle dissipated without a single sign of it existing.

Undetected and underground, the man reappeared in a similar circle of light, the area neatly cut out. It was a simple transporter room, cut into a neat circle. He walked immediately down the sole exitway from the room - a set of stone stairs directly in front of him leading downwards - while struggling to slip something from his back.

The other council members, dressed identically to the man but with their hoods down, immediately noticed their comrade returning. The room was cut out of the rock much like the transporter room, but took more of the look from the cathedral - a single large and long hallway, with a long wooden table in the centre and what appeared to be an alter at the far end. Instead of windows, chandeliers hung from the ceiling to give the dark cave light. As soon as the man reached the near end of the table, the other members stood and watched him.

“Do you have it? one cloaked man asked. Immediately as he had asked, the man who had just arrived noisily placed a long item wrapped in black cloth onto the table. As he undid the cloth, the other members looked on, some gasping upon sight of the sheathed katana, nearly as black as the cloth except for a slight red hue to its design.

“Now, we need one more key,“ the man who had brought the sword spoke at length, breaking the silence that had befallen the rest.

"That’s it," Azuso spat, levelling the blade to his eyes, “enough of the constant interruptions."

Leaping over the cart he ran full pelt at the new comer, blade flinging up a fine line of dust as it trailed on the dusty road behind him.

When he got close he flipped up in the air and behind the opponent, and made to twist around and drive the blade through his back.

He made the clearing in under a minute, about the same time it had taken to lose sight of the dragon, travelling back as he had left. Yet another newcomer had arrived, and was apparently annoying the bandits.
“Sorry for another one, then, but I’ve changed my mind as to the timeframe!"
Kalis grinned nonchallently, skidding to a stop just behind the bandit group, both curved swords gleaming vicously.
“It seems the dragon girl didn’t want to chat, so I thought I’d finish decapitating all of you...or would you prefer to be castrated?"

Kyrissa continued to follow the girl and the dragon at a distance. As they went to land, she landed in the woods nearby. In an attempt to remain less conspicuous, Kyrissa returned to her humanoid form. She regained her fair skin, silver hair, and her usual “human” attire, although she retained her sharp claws on her human hands as well as much smaller versions of her tail and wings.

Moving to the edge of the wood, she saw the girl walk away from the dragon. At her departure, the dragon came back towards the woods. And her. Slightly panicked, Kyrissa climbed up the nearest tree. Now that he was closer to the trees, the dragon had laid down. Kyrissa carefully crawled along a branch in hopes of having a better view. She reached the end of the branch, and watched through the silver bangs hanging in her eyes. After a few moments of waiting on the branch, she heard a creaking sound. Kyrissa’s eyes widen as the air was filled with a large crack and the branch, as if on a hinge, dropped out from under her. She fell towards the ground, where the dragon lay.

"What the..." said Umbra as the figure crouched under the stone began to dissipate into a black smoke. Upon seeing such an eerie phenomenon Umbra guessed “A ghost?". Umbra landed on the forest floor, and watched the mist rise into the air. Such a thing interested Umbra, but he could not waste more time. Reaching to his belt(He doesn’t have one in the picture, but just imagine it as a brown leather belt with pouches) Umbra pulled a small, clear capsule, spherical in shape and about the size of a marble. Inside this capsule, there was a vacuum were a substance could be stored. Umbra tossed the capsule at the black mist, which began to swirl around the capsule as it was sucked up. The capsule, now black in color, fell to the ground. Umbra picked it up, examined it, and said to himself, “I’ll look at this closer later." then put the capsule into another pouch on his belt and took to the trees again.

(Ok, since it’s becoming annoying describing his journey to the source of the energy, I’m just going to say that the rest of his travel is eventless. He finishes crossing through the forest, and then travels over some mountains. This takes about 2 days with Umbra’s great speed. At last, after crossing many mountains and stuff, he finds the source...)

Umbra approaches a cave in the side of a snowy mountain, a snow storm rages, by now the energy is so incredible our hero’s head is numb. Umbra fears what lies inside the cave, the darkness of it seems to consume him as he enters...

NEXT TIME!: Umbra finds the source of the power, the answer may shock you! What dangers await him in this cave? What exactly may the terrible power be? Find out next time on my RPG story!

As they walked into town they noticed it was pretty well off.
Pathed roads(albeit with sharp rocks) street vendors, and a nice inn.

They walked to a house, where the client was inside.

“Follow me” said morris.

As they walked in,the room was dimmly lit,he raised the flames on the lamp(using some fire magic) and the whole room was illuminated.

“Magic user eh?" questioned lupus.
“I dabble”

They walked up the stairs to check in on the client.
As they went up the stairs they heard rumbling, then some metal clanging, finally some rope.

“Stay here” Ordered Morris.

Morris went outside and saw some people sneaking up on to the roof.
He looked around where some people walked by and said in a fit of anger
“NOBODY FUCKIN SAW THAT!?"

His loud booming voice echoed throughout the town, scaring birds away, people dropped what they were doing to figure out where the commotion was coming from.People stared on,with a puzzled look on their face.

As he was cooling off he remembered the situation at hand, and rushed back inside.

As he heard the branch creak, Tyreaus' ears twitched, and he had started to get up when it broke off completely, sending Kyrissa to the ground. At the same moment, he leapt away from the tree, shifting to his human form in an eye-blink. His right hand lay on his sword, ready to strike at the figure, though the rest of his posture was generally tensed yet unthreatening. Several golden feathers floated past him as he skidded to a stop and exclaimed aloud.

Tasrema!* You okay? he asked, starting to move closer to help the girl. She looked like a dragon, with the claws, wings and tail, though this information barely registered as he offered a hand to help her up.
* Expletive

The man who had brought the katana quickly departed the underground room at the same time an extremely aged woman appeared from one of the barely visible hallways to the side, being aided by another cloaked man toward the sword.

“Did they get it?“ she asked in a raspy voice that was obviously fading with her age. Her hair was white and frizzled, yet long and ran down to her waist. Dressed in similarly black robes as the others, a smile played across her wrinkled face as the others moved out of the way silently to show her the sword on the table. It was a few moments later, as she walked toward the sword and lightly touched it with her bony fingers, that one of the hooded people spoke.

“We have it, Lady Mazidon. Kirisar is looking for the other half as we speak.“

“Kirisar...“ the woman spoke roughly, as if trying to remember the name from deep within her memory. “Yes, he shall be treated especially well after the reunion,“ she paused briefly in reminisce. “Dear father would be pleased.“

Kirisar walked rapidly away from the burned cathedral. A slight wind-storm was beginning to approach, and he lifted his hood off to stare at the sky momentarily. His ruffled, raven black hair waved out of his red eyes as they looked toward the sky, analysing the weather. He knew he would have to be hasty in taking the other relic if he were to do so before wanted posters scattered the streets all over Casuria, displaying his name and picture for all to hunt him down. Pulling his hood back over his head, he began the arduous hike toward Illyria, knowing they had safe-guarded the other key similarly well as they had the sword. A devilish smile played across his lips as he thought of the rewards he would reap with his contribution.

OOC: Thinking of getting rid of this turn-thing, since it’s kind of fraking up things already, so...consider it scrapped for now.

Kyrissa plummeted towards the ground. Thankfully not hitting too hard, she landed on her back. She completely failed to notice that the dragon had leaped away and become a human. She also failed to notice that his hand had gone to his sword. It was when Tyreaus spoke that she noticed him. Sitting up, Kyrissa placed her right hand on her now-sore lower back. Brushing her hair out of her face with her other hand, she turned to face Tyreaus from the ground.
“I think I’m alright..." she said as she took the offered hand. Now standing, she brushed herself off. Although she was standing now, she still had to look up slightly to see Tyreaus’s face.
“Sorry about spying on you... I’m not very good at it, as I’m sure you noticed," she said with an embarrassed grin on her face. She extended her hand.
“I’m Kyrissa. I’m sure you noticed, but I’m a Draekyrian as well."

Briefly taking the dragon-girl’s hand and shaking it, Tyreaus sighed somewhat and glanced over his shoulder to try and check on Ellysia, though it would be virtually useless with the crowd of people.
“So why were you spying on me, again?“ he asked, keeping his eyes on the lookout for his friend. The last thing he needed was his parents sending scouts to make sure he was being the proverbial “good little dragon” they expected him to be. “It’s not exactly the most polite thing to do, you know.“

Kyrissa shrugged in response to the question.
“Curiosity, really," she replied. “I’ve never seen a dragon let a human ride him before." She noticed him glance over towards where the human had gone.
“She must be a good friend, I guess."

Tyreaus sighed and muttered to himself; “Is no sky sacred anymore?“ He glanced briefly at Kyrissa’s remark about Ellysia being a good friend, acknowledging that he had heard, yet made no remark on it. Partly due to his feelings, and partly due to the fact that Ellysia was coming toward him, arms full with bags full of a variety of things hanging from her arms. Instinctively, he left Kyrissa briefly and went to help the human girl with the things. Ellysia seemed visibly disappointed that Tyreaus was not waiting for her to fulfil his promise, though upon seeing Kyrissa, had an inkling of an idea that she was the reason why. As the two came back up to Kyrissa, a pair of bags around each arm, Tyreaus made the best introductions one could give knowing only one person.

“This is my friend, Ellysia,“ he said to Kyrissa, knowing the human girl’s ability to shake hands was, at the moment, fairly limited and hoping Kyrissa would catch on to that fact. “Ellysia, this is my, new friend, Kyrissa,“ he paused slightly at the friend part, mostly out of embarrassment, and something else that seemed to nag him.

"It’s a pleasure to meet you, Ellysia," Kyrissa said as she bowed slightly due to Ellysia’s inability to shake hands. She then turned to Tyreaus.
“Friend, eh?" she asked grinning. She placed her hands on her hips. “Good to know, although I still haven’t gotten your name."

Umbra lit a ball of red energy at his finger tip illuminating the dark cave. The cave led downward into the mountain and the farther he walked, the less snow and ice he saw on the cold walls, and the more damp it became. His energy sense had become numb and he could no longer feel the terrible energy from before, but it was still there. Umbra followed the twisting tunnel farther and farther down into the depths of the mountain, and now the presence of snow from outside and ice covering the walls was gone and there were small streams flowing down into the cavern. Umbra was a skeleton, and could not feel heat or cold, but seeing as the snow and ice was being melted, he knew things were becoming hotter as he ventured into this mysterious mountain. Eventually he came to a problem, the water from the melting ice and snow had accumulated in the cave, and now blocked him further venturing down the tunnel. Being a skeleton, he really could not swim, even by using his wings as paddles he’d still get water into his joints, making it hard to move and also causing permanent damage when in cold weather.

Too be continued...

In a small village named Aster nestled in the peek’s just north of the wood and due south of Casuria town’s people were rounding up their cattle and closing up their houses for the night as it seemed to be doomed for heavy rain fall and thunder storm’s alike.

Inside a rather small but relatively cosey B and B was Franklin Boyered a rather curious well natured man who had lived here all 46 year’s of his life on this planet as had his fore father’s before him simply running the family business, now even tho Frank was bored stiff and rarely received any guest’s brave enough to venture these day’s he remembered his father’s word’s clearly within his head.

“Now son people travel these long tiring and at time’s testing road’s all for the sake of delivering good’s and valuable’s to their loved one’s or those who are in great need, so remember greet with a smile my boy for when they arrive here we must do OUR very best to make sure their journey is well rewarded with premium service”

You see this was his role so he made it his duty his role to play no matter how incredibly dull it may be (fore he was good at it) he provided suitable accommodation to all who would stop by at Timbre’s lodge, and tonight was no exception (even tho secretly he yearned for greater purpose).

And that’s when it happened that’s when Fate destiny and Adventure showed up at his little lodge in the middle of nowhere all wrapped up in a soaking wet cloak and with the face witch could only be described as that of an angel.

Franklinn: “You ok there little Missy”

he asked as she walked from the doorway steadily towards him her eye’s scouting her surrounding’s before focusing primly upon him as if securing the area before approach.

Franklinn: hmmm... i said are u..

With a sudden BANG! and with swiftness he had never seen in his life she placed a large bag of gold coin’s upon his desk simply overflowing before him.

Ambia: ...A room...just give me a room please

At that precise moment in time a horde of men all clad up in dark robe’s and war torn Armour all riding on horse back arrived in the town howling and laughing as they did with little regard for whoever was in their path as people hurried aside and into their home’s to avoid being targeted by these bloodthirsty animals.

They all pulled up outside the lodge making quight the ruckus as they carried their supply’s and captured women bound and gagged off of their horses and into Frank’s establishment in full view of the town’s folk who were far to afraid to bother involveing themselves in such affair’s (I mean who care’s they will be gone tomorrow right, and this wasnt the first time they had showed up in Aster looking for trouble and people to pillage and terrorize).

Inside Franklin now shocked at the sudden commotion entering his home and place of work turned to observe the new arrival’s who were all shouting at one another to carry their belonging’s for them and who would be having witch women and spoils for themselves, Frank hated these beast’s with all he knew for their lack of moral’s and mistreating of the ladies, but never the less he always kept out of their affair’s for they were trained killer’s and he was but one man.

Frank quickly turned to warn of the young soaked maiden at the very least only to discover the young lady was now gone and nowhere in sight, as he looked round in bedazzlement the tall brooding leader of the group of thuggs named Marcus Varant covered in battle scar’s and Armour approached the main desk a horrid grin upon his horrid face.

Marcus: “haha this is great this one even left his cash ready and waiting on the desk for us”

Franklinn was afraid he had no idea what he should do or even say these guy’s were monster’s not men, but what could he do he was just the manager of a small B N B in the middle of nowhere not a warrior not a hero he was a nothing to men like these who would cease to exist if he ever dared to oppose them.

Marcus: “Me and my men want the best room’s you got and we want service you hear me that mean’s entertainment food and beer understood old Frank”

said the big burly man before him as his men cheered him on in the background all taking seat’s and leering at him their captive’s clearly in distress, they were real pig’s no seance of humanity these poor ladies were in real trouble yet time after time he had sat back and watched them get away with their crime’s right under his nose...well not this night he thought, for some reason he felt a sudden burst of courage he thought he had lost Franklin gulped remembering his father’s word’s about looking after guest’s and makeing them all feel well aquainted...these ladies clearly were not so he spoke.

Franklinn: “L..let tt..them go Now Marcus”

The huge man lifted Franklin into the air staring him straight in the eye, snarling as he did so this was it Franklin thought im actualy going to die now as he stared evil in the face, and the strange thing was he did not care at all he was doing something worthwhile and apposing evil.

Marcus: what u say FUCKER! i’ll kill ya

But just then his new music box kicked in playing a rather sensual tune witch attracted the attention of every person in the room.

As Franklin hung their trembling in the behemoth’s arm’s he struggled to see what was happening, and to his great surprise it was the beautiful girl with the angel face preforming an incredibly erotic dance before them her eye’s closed and hand’s poised in her hair she began swaying her curves ever so gracefully as if inticeing the now captive audience before her.

Marcus: “Wow now that’s what i call fucking entertainment eh boy’s, ill deal with u later faggot”

said the giant in Armour dropping Frank to the floor freeing him, Frank grabbed his throat coughing but all he could think off was whatever was this girl thinking these men were killer’s monster’s even and they would surely eat her alive!

Music Box: Closer

The Giant approached the fair maiden dancing like an animal trying to get her attention as his boy’s rooted him on, going wild with excitement.

“YEA GO BOSS, YOU THE MAN”!

The large ogre smiled and moved in closer a sickening grin growing upon his face, he loomed in front of her and with a sinister expression upon his face spoke

“Hello their Beautiful you look good enough to eat and daddy’s REAL hungry tonight”

The maiden then turned as if ignoring his advance’s shaking her body all so teasingly witch would have tempted almost any man into observing her (Franklin was no exception for some strange reason he was captivated by her dancing as if her body was seducing his every thought), she was lost in some sort of trance and everyone including the women were all captivated by her as if under some strange spell, not liking being ignored the mammoth then grabbed her arm enraged, this was it she was done for Marcus thought.

“hey you stupid bit”...

He started only to be cut off along with the music by some unknown force, the lady then lowered her arm’s and turned looking right at Marcus who was nearly three time’s her size and width, and with that to everyone’s great surprise he fell to his knee’s crying into his hand’s both in agony and sadness tear’s streaming from his eye’s, his Allie’s remained seated in shock and a strange seance of uncertainty.

Marcus: “ahhh help me for the love of god please someone help me sweet jesus”!

Cried the enormous man now looking about 2 feet tall as he cried like a small child helpless to defend himself not the strong leader from just a minute ago.

Men: “I..i would boss but for some reason i don’t feel like fighting i just feel completely relaxed i can’t even be bothered moveing it’s the weirdest thing”...

Ambia: “You women who are here against your will you may leave now these men will no longer hinder u...you have my word on that” said the Angel who was somehow saving these young ladies with nothing but her presence.

Amazed Franklin watched on as the girls stood up all saying their thank you’s and then slowly with the men giving no resistance what so ever proceeded to vacate the room, what was going on here Frank wondered.

Ambia: “You who have desecrated these women you will now no only fear the same fear you have committed against your victim’s for the rest of your day’s”

The lady spoke gently tapping the man’s forehead witch sent a white ripple across his face , witch was followed by his expression changing to one of complete and utter terror.

Ambia: “now go run and keep running for you will never escape the fear, and will soon realize death was an easier fate than the one i have given you Marcus Varant”

And with that the Lumbering giant stood tall trembling as he did so he slowly turned away from the lady and to me with a look of complete fear in his eye’s,

Marcuss: “HERE TAKE UR MONEY GOD PLEASE JUST DON’T HURT ME”

“Tyreaus,“ he responded to Kyrissa, bowing slightly. Seeing that Ellysia’s arms were starting to become weary by how she adjusted the bags, he bowed again. “I hate to cut short, but we really must be going,“ he said as Ellysia had started walking. Noticing his friend had a long head start, he ran up to her quickly and sighed. Tyreaus felt bad for not holding his promise up to Ellysia, but with the groceries in hand, it didn’t leave him with any way to actually fly her home.

It was only until he spotted a vine hanging from one of the trees that he thought of a remedy, and immediately dropped the bags. Running toward the vine, he called out “hold up!“ to Ellysia as he yanked the vine down. The girl had put down the groceries, letting her arms thankfully rest, which gave Tyreaus the opportunity to probe holes into the bags and tie them together. She only realized what he was doing by the time he had finished and turned into his dragon form again, the vine made into a loop and hanging around his neck. Smiling wide, Ellysia jumped onto the dragon’s back, and let herself be carried back up into the sky.

She wasn’t as scared as the first time, but never grew tired of the feeling, flying in the air for what seemed like hours to both of them. By the time they had touched down in front of Ellysia’s house half an hour later, her hair was blown astray in virtually every direction, as if coming off a roller coaster.

She hopped off the dragon’s back gleefully - even though she would have liked to stay on - and carefully took the groceries from around it’s neck, which was quite hard considering their weight. Nonetheless, she managed to untie the makeshift loop and carry the bags in gradually, two at a time. Tyreaus had turned back into his human form, still seeing the happy smile that played on his friend’s face, and helped the last set of groceries into her house, just inside the doorway. Standing at the doorway, the girl continued to smile, though a little more faintly now, debating on whether she should invite him in or not.

“Guess I should get going,“ Tyreaus said, as if making up her mind for her. Her smile practically gone, Ellysia nodded and turned to go back into the house. At the same moment, she froze on the spot for just a moment, as if contemplating. She spun back around and aimed to kiss his cheek in a sign of gratitude, but realized she had missed when their lips touched instead.

Tyreaus had tried to peer over her shoulder to see if Ellysia was alright, having simply stopped in the door frame, and wasn’t prepared for her to spin around and do that. The slight, quick touch sent electricity through both of them, taking their breath away for the brief moment. Trying to act as if nothing had happened, the girl stayed silent, backing into the house and closing the door slowly and quietly, feeling a mixture of embarrassment, wonder, and several other indescribable emotions.

Tyreaus' reaction was similar, backing away from the home and stuffing his hands into the pockets of his coat as he turned to walk away. Even with his attempt to act normal, he turned around several times to look back at the house, until it was at last blocked by the forest as he walked into it. Even though he was scared what his parents would think if they found out, he found himself caring less and less the more he thought about it. They could yell at him as much as they wanted, or even kick him out; he simply found the idea didn’t matter anymore.
