Stockton is very close and it has everything. Clayton does have a movie theatre, but I wasn’t too fond of it. But, then, there might be more than one, and my ex was cheap. So...

Well, Clayton is a lot less expensive than Mountainview, San Jose, San Fran, etc. Sacramento is pretty good in price too, but I wouldn’t want to live there (my sister lives there)

No, it’s a suburb...

No, just that Mountainview aka SiliconValley, is all dot com people. You know Google, MicroSun Systems, etc. Going prices for houses there start at $500,000 and up. In Sacramento there are some ghetto areas. Clayton is a nice place and is far enough away from the bigger city problems, but close enough to go when you need something. I was thinking of moving around that area at one point.
