He may be correct vis a vis South Korea, however, if war breaks out between the two, China and the US have treatys of mutual aid with their respective allies. If they join in the conflict and NK uses a nuke, it may mean the complete destruction of the Korean Peninsula, plus nuclear war between the US and China which will not cause its destruction but could do enough serious damage to result in the fall of the US as a super power. If China launches nukes to detonate ABOVE the US, it will cause EMP’s that could almost drive the US back to the technology of the middle ages. Not a pretty picture. I don’t believe anyone will pursue a ground attack of the US as I doubt they are interested in our land after nuclear war. You may see the US become a fuedal society and unimportant in the world scheme of things. JMHO
