I’d say the government likes money, and it will be just the same as our police force. We have plenty of government run things that we could turn around and have them used against us. What if the government wanted to use our police force to capture all black people and just fake evidence and make it an all white country? It could be done you know. Well I think you know what a third world country is. Basically first world countries are things like the U.S, France,Russia, Germany,etc. Things like those. You know, the big players. 3rd world countries would be those random countries you have never heard of in Africa and some places in the middle east(But Damn Isreal has a kick ass air force)
