Who is justified?

Israel - Over the course of several weeks, raided the Gaza strip, killing hundreds of innocent civilians in both hospitals and elementary schools.

Hamas - During 2007-2008, Hamas fired 4681 rockets & mortar shells at Israeli Synagog’s and Apartments.

The fightings over eh? Then why did Hamas fire missles into Isreal yesterday? For a conflict that’s supposed to be over, that sounds pretty aggressive.
